Some of us are not the most motivated kids on the block when it comes to exercise—I'm one of them. I started training with Scott six months after my daughter was born—ten months after I had stopped working out completely. I had little hope I was even going to lose the remainder of my baby weight, let alone get back in shape while simultaneously retuning to work full-time in a busy travel-filled position. Thanks to Scott, I was able to meet and exceed my fitness goals. Simply put, Scott's training is varied, challenging and fun every single session. He puts time and thought into how I can gain the most benefit from each hour I train with him, and he stays on top of my hectic schedule to make sure I am making time for exercise (something a person like me needs!). He even created workouts for me to perform on the go in my hotel room. Scott is constantly looking for new and innovative ways for his clients to train, and he clearly recognizes how I like to be coached. Scott's training is worth every penny—he is the best trainer I have ever worked with and I would recommend him highly to anyone.
